Who We Are
GET S.E.T. (Self‑esteem, Empowerment & Training) was created by the team behind MsMissMrs, a leading advocate for girls’ empowerment.
We work with local authorities to empower young women through structured programmes. For example:
-
37 professionals trained in South Ayrshire
-
50+ schools implementing the programme
-
2,000+ girls supported across the UK
Our approach combines evidence‑based learning, interactive workshops, and practical reflection exercises, equipping participants not only with knowledge but also with actionable skills.
Why This Programme Matters

Adolescence can be overwhelming, where social pressures, academic expectations and personal development all converge. GET S.E.T. provides a safe space for girls to:
-
Explore who they are beyond external pressures
-
Build self-esteem rooted in self-awareness, not comparison
-
Develop skills for healthy communication and decision-making
We focus on strengthening the mind, heart and social confidence, helping young women step into their potential with resilience and clarity.

Boundaries & Communication
Practical exercises on saying no, asserting yourself and listening with empathy.

Understanding
Needs & Values
Activities that help participants discover their priorities and make choices aligned with their true selves.

Stress, Resilience
& Coping Skills
Techniques to manage pressure, maintain balance and bounce back from setbacks.
