Throughout the year, teachers Margaret Potter and Shirlee Stewart at Park Mains High School have worked closely with their girls, providing encouragement, support, and opportunities for growth. The following feedback reflects the dedication, enthusiasm, and achievements that have been celebrated along the way. |
“I have made new friends in school that I did not know from the 2 years of being in high school. The group has let me know that it is ok to say when you are not happy with something and not to let people’s negative comments get to me”
“I really enjoyed Miss Ms and Mrs, it made my Wednesday a lot less stressful. It was hard to find answers to some of the questions and activities but we all worked as a group and it has help me be more self-aware”
“Our group is a small group of 8 and that was the best, I look forwards to Wednesdays and we all support each other with our catch up at the start and give each other advice. Mrs Potter bought us badges and only the people in our group have them so it makes us feel special and they say nice things on them”
“ I like how we have a safe space to talk about anything we want without feeling judged and it’s a small group. It has taught me how to stay confident about yourself and your body. Don’t just do things you don’t want to, speak up and set boundaries with people and talk about your feeling”
“I liked everything about this group. It was a small group and it was on every week. I feel more confident that I do not need to do things in my friend group to make other people happy or things I don’t want to do” |
